The application period for 2011 ASEAN Scholarships for Malaysia is from 6 March 2010 (6.00am) to 15 April 2010 (10.00pm)
http://www.moe.gov.sg/education/scholarships/asean/malaysia/PS: the photo you submit for the application got to be less than 60kb, if your photo is bigger than 60kb, use google picasa to reduce the file size... http://picasa.google.com/
select your photo in picasa, then use the "Export" function to reduce your photo size...
